Sunji Malaji，Founded in the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty by Sun Dewang, the originator of the Sun family (a native of Bajiaozhuang, Fengdu County, and now the 10th Sunjiaba of Fengdu County).

In that year, Sun Dewang sold grain and oil from Bajiaozhuang to Luzhoufu Road passing Fengdu. He saw shops selling "spicy chicken nuggets" at the foot of the mountain in Xiandu, and went up to buy food. The taste of this food was fragrant, the taste was refreshing, and it was spicy. Immediately, I decided not to do business in grains and oils. From then on, I settled in Fengdu County for a long time and started to learn how to make spicy chicken.

Sunji Malaji generation has been passed down to the 10th generation.
